PhotoDesk - for Instagram App Reviews

I originally rated it 3 stars based on “potential”! However, no revising my review as the app has just gotten worse - not better! Constantly crashes and when it does work - functionality is very limited and it groups all IG interaction (likes, comments, replies, etc.) as “Requests” and locks you out after 15 requests. Absolute waste of money!!!! Just purchased a competitive product (Instafeed) and hopefully the experience will be a lot better!

This application is what I was looking for. The design is clean and attractive, also the app is really responsive and interactive. This app is for people that want to enjoy Instagram and make comments with a nice interface; I recommend this app to everybody. Remember you can not upload picture because Instagram forbidden clients to upload photos, you can do it only with the app for iPhone or the website .

I just downloaded an app that I literally cannot use. An error message pops up that says there is a new way Instagram authenticates and the app cannot log into the Instagram server. This is outrageous. How can this app still be for sale??

As others have noted, this app no longer has anu use, or functionality. DO NOT BUY!!!

For an app that clearly touts itself as being the best Instagram app for Mac it is god awful. It’s slow as hell, the navigation is poor, and then after spending $10 they still push you to get the “pro” version in order to access features you should have access to already. I’ve been using it for an hour, I STILL can’t figure out how to post from my Mac!?!? WTF. garbage. **update… it hangs and freezes constantly. sweet!

Just updated and discovered you cant view your news feed anymore! I dont really see a point of even continuing an IG app. I cant even view my followers profiles. I knw its instagrams fault but its useless now.

It ws slow prior to Version 4, now its just a rip off with extra costs for a pro version. They should refund everyone… complete crap get Grids for instagram far better then this app. Claude

Most of the functionality listed is not available unless you pay an extra $13 bucks via in app purchases.

I updated the app and it no longer opens anymore. Says it is damaged. Waste of money.

The advertised features require additional purchase Some expected features like tag editing are not supported The application is not responsive (running in on late 2013 Mac Pro under Os 10.11.5) The basic statistic tool stopped working after just few hours The application hang my computer I would realy like to abondom my license and get a refund.

DO NOT download this app. Its useless. You cant view your feed. Whats the point of having an Instagram app if you cant view your feed. What a waste. Get rid of this useless app from the app store.

No one mentioned, or at least I didn’t see any mention of, the fact that if you follow people on Instagram who have a “private” account, you can’t view their pictures on PhotoDesk. Now that’s a bummer! $9.99 down the drain! Who isn’t private these days?

Easy way to keep up with people I follow on Instadesk, and whats more I can also download photos! This is a great app and I highly recommend it to all you Instagram addicts!

May I rate this app with minus star? Wish I could. The worst app Ive ever downloaded and paid for this. ;p argh! Maybe if it was free, I wouldnt complain. Just MAYBE.
