very disappointed

The advertised features require additional purchase
Some expected features like tag editing are not supported
The application is not responsive (running in on late 2013 Mac Pro under Os 10.11.5)
The basic statistic tool stopped working after just few hours
The application hang my computer

I would realy like to abondom my license and get a refund.
