Not working

I just bought this app and after that got the info:

"Due to a change in the way Instagram handles authentication, PhotoDesk currently cannot log in to the Instagram server anymore. An updated version that fixes this issue has been submitted to Apple and will hopefully be released within the next days.
Were really sorry about this, but this change happened without a warning.”

For me the fact app isn’t working and there is no info about that in the shop is a theft.
